Here is a direct link to Chet's book. He says that he doesn't have separate links to each chapter so you have to download the entire book to read the chapters. The pdf version can be downloaded rather quickly. I tried it.

There is also a link to EcoJustice Press on Chet's website at --- http://www.cabowers.net/ --- where you can find a link to the book. Just scroll down to the bottom where you will see "2010 Online Books." You will find an Easy Download Version there also.

Hope this is helpful.
